BIG BAR GAP GAUGE

This gauge allows for accurate setting of the vertical gap between the knife edge and your big roller bar (PREMIER, Coe, Raute) in .001" increments.

The Big Bar Gap Gauge consists of a dial indicator, magnet and knife anvil set in an aluminum casting and comes complete with and aluminum block for zeroing the gauge.

to zero this gauge, set the lip of the zeroing block under the knife anvil block on the gauge and adjust the indicator to zero. This is the recommended vertical gap for you big bar.

To use this gauge, set the knife anvil block on top of the knife edge and allow the indicator spindle tip to rest on the top of the roller bar. Adjust the vertical gap until zero is achieve on the indicator.
